I wonder how BoA and Utada feel about each other, being "competitors" and what not?

It seems Utada didn't even know BoA was debutting in the US. In an interview I saw recently the interviewer mentioned it and Utada was like "Oh?.. Ooooh that's what I must've seen on iTunes." (Or something to that effect).

Love Homecoming by the way. Makes me laugh every time.

Default The paper scissors

I often borrow random music CDs from my local public library (well... strictly speaking, it's not exactly random, just what ever CD cover/title that caught my fancy).

The last batch of these random CDs yielded an interesting Australian band. The male vocal lead often uses a kind of high pitched yelp and rapidly falling voice (see the videos below).

Woah, thanks a lot D.K.Liu, those are pretty awesome! =D
Gonna grab their music, definitely.

EDIT: Huh, can't find them anywhere.

Shinji: Here is The paper scissors' website and their myspace page. I'm not sure how easy it is to get hold of their CDs though.

Yeah, I found those two as well! The MySpace page has a lot of tracks, fortunately, but I would prefer to have the full album. I'll have to try torrents.

CLT:
Utada - Automatic Part II (preview)
Utada - Me Muero (preview)

It is complete! I think these two have a lot of potential, especially "Me Muero". It has a Mexican/Spanish sound to it, that I, again, never thought Utada would do in her life lol.

Flight of the Conchords - Bret, You've Got it Going On

Wow...how do they even release a cd this year? It'll be pretty damn terrible, Pitchfork will rip it to pieces (muahhaha). Better make it download only.
