may be for someone who don't have enough Engilsh ability to understand lyrics.
The wall concept was lean to verbal expression than their past work and it sound just a set of gloomy songs for someone.

this cover is astonishing, it brings me to tears pretty much every time. if you guys like Led Zeppelin you gotta check it out. studio track was included as a b-side on the crucify single. here she is singing it before the debut of her first album (this was probably her biggest concert up to this point in her career, Montreaux Jazz Festival in 91)
