I guess the track's title comes from Yasutaka taking 10 min. to make this track and then spending all his time doing..... something else?

I've never really listened to Blur. Its not the Oasis thing either, I just never took the time to form an opinion on them. I liked what I had heard ("Song 2", "Beetlebum", and "Coffee and TV", you know, the songs that played in America) and I even bought the first Blur compilation in 2000...and liked what I heard. And that is again where my opinion ended. Blur always seemed like a band I should have an opinion on, so maybe that's why I was always in a way fascinated by them. Yet because they didn't have the same "commanding" presentation and persona as Oasis, maybe that's why the inquisition always stayed cursory.
Because of that fascination, my Blur 21 vinyl box set came in the mail the other day. This will be the time, I say to myself. I started with Leisure and I must say I'm a little shocked at how strong this record is. I was under the impression this was one of the band's weaker albums, yet I find this to be pretty stellar. My pick:
