dear god this fucking G flat whole-tone in magic mirror is stuck in my head the way the G flat pentatonic from tamahime-sama has always been
that guy who wrote tamahime-sama pulled it off more elegantly though |

A little bit weird thing to say, but hell, I've now seen Oomori compared to Edith Piaf so yeah, anything goes.

Just watched that clip Viva La Rock clip. Not bad. I don't know, Oomori doesn't work well in a stadium setting like that. Her voice is shaky and she's more yelling than actually singing. A lot of her performances she has this nonchalant attitude and body language as if she doesn't give a fuck about how she's singing. I'd like to see her gain more proper singing ability someday.

The Tsumaran Yoru wa Mou Yameta DVD came in today and I was kind of scratching my head at the packaging. It's definitely not what I remember the DVD looking like when I saw it in stores in Japan: a normal DVD case, albeit clear. This one is just the booklet with the two dvds in their own case stuffed between one of the pages. I checked the description and the seller did indeed list it as having a "paper sleeve," but I ordered this sporadically along with a ton of other missing things in my Seiko collection so I didn't notice those details. I'm hoping this was the first press, but I'm also kind of scared I got an incomplete used copy.
Also...I really hope there is a source/unedited picture of Seiko on the cover of the DVD wearing that school uniform. I might have to go into the depths of her twitter to find that. |

Nah u got first press.
Second press just is a jewel case with cover, blank on inside and a small book about half the size.

^ that live performance, you seriously liked that? She's flat half the time and just screeching words out with variations in volume. I'm surprised because I find it genuinely unpleasant to listen to, even if the song is sort of nice (but I really can't tell because her voice is such a distraction)

I can't find Oomori stuff anywhere in stores besides one time I found Sennou. Not much Togawa stuff either. Man.
