John Lennon (feat. The Beatles :p) - Real Love

This song has always been bittersweet for me because whilst I absolutely adore it, the fact that it was a demo just highlights the songs John had lingering in his head just before his death and it's an example of what he could have produced after had he survived. The amount of unwritten songs I'd undoubtedly adore is sad as hell

With that in mind, and with the rough recording of the Lennon backing track it makes the song all the more haunting.

Awesome find, Orenji. I looked this album up on wikipedia and learned this song was coincidentally written by Lenny Kravitz (not too surprising, I guess). Even though this was released years before Koufukuron came out, Mr. Kravitz once mentioned he liked SR in a Japanese magazine. Maybe he found out about her somehow through the similarities of the two songs...?
