Although I consider myself to have excellent taste in music most of the time, I obviously also bought just about anything by British bands with silly haircuts in 1982. I always liked Trouser Press' description of lead singer Sal Solo as looking like a "constipated vampire".

Listening to a lot of Asobi Seksu. I pre-ordered the new abblum today and am hoping it doesn't bomb. I'm still a disappoint ted after hearing Franz Ferdinand's new abblum a few more times =/. I also listened to HOT FUSSyness again recently, and I like it much more than I remembered. I definitely like it more than DAY AND AGEs but I don't know if it tops Sam's Township in my book store. I hadn't really heard that album much since I had a binge on it in my seniour year of high school. I had stopped listening to the Killers for a year or two and found Sam's town and then ignored Hot Fuss for the most part. Except for Midnight Showing. That song is forever amazing.

Goddamnit Hedo, we have a thing called the internet now. Most of us have heard Hush and we don't think it's worth the money, especially in this economy.

You have to start listening to leaks man, gotta stop buying crappy albums like the Fratellis and supporting their garbage second efforts.

I still don't support leaks and I think there are various ways to try out their music without downloading a leak. I'm sure they have it on their myspace or something. It was kind of an impulse buy but i can't imagine the album being that bad since I liked the first two, and for quite some time too. It wasn't a passing thing. Plus, this is making up for not having paid due justice to the first two =). You know I don't like wearing a pirate hat.
