I'm still after tickets for the Sunday. When I got the email that I'd missed out on the lottery I almost cried.

Whether it's positive or negative, I just want to hear from kuro_neko asap, so that I can plan for my trip in November. |

let me clarify to anyone who is interested in the tickets. I am selling these tickets because I am moving out of Japan. My two roommates will be receiving these tickets at our apartment and because they will be handing the tickets personally over to whomever buys them from me, it is very important that whoever buys the tickets be in Japan for the two weeks *before* the show, therefore people who live in Japan mostly. This is because the tickets aren't shipped from the kuronekohan fanclub to the people who won until two weeks before the show. Two weeks is a bit of a short time to receive the tickets, then mail them once more, not to mention that would cost more money and time, so whoever buys the tickets would be physically meeting with my roommate near my home in tokyo to pick up the tickets once they arrive, sometime between two weeks before the show and the actual show.

Confession: when I first read the news of the 10th anniversary releases that were first announced, I was so excited that I mis-read the 10th anniversary show as taking place July 30, 2008 with a DVD release for September. Now, the real news was about Zazen XTC getting released in September, for a show that had taken place on July 30, 2000. That was actually my reason for coming back to the forums after being away for a few months, as I was really curious of reading the opinions, first impressions, predictions, setlist, etc. Well, I realized my mistake not too late after that, but I'm still as excited by this concert as I was!
I think this is pretty much the best chance any fan will have of hearing old and lesser known Ringo-solo songs. When artists come up with new material, you can be assured that their next tour will feature this new material rather proheminently. So I think that the tour most people will appreciate is the one following the album they prefered. Mine is KSK, and Sugoroku is my favorite tour, and since the new material released since is not that exciting to me, I doubt EM can be topped, but I still think this will be a real treat to all the fans! And for once, it's realistic to hope for some of our favorite, forgotten or never performed Ringo songs to appear. Which songs would you like most to see in this show? Mine are : ♪ Souretsu - the Domestic ver. was grandiose, and I'd love to hear it again even if it's in a different incarnation and TJ-less. Shuukyou would also be incredible to hear live. ♪ Yami ni furu ame - I can't understand why this has never been performed, while there was a PV made for it! I thought PV were made for songs that were put forward as promotion ? ♪ Gamble - either the ZCS or HF version, it'd be so great! ♪ Shiroi Kobato - it seems weird to me that even though Ringo has performed covers all through her career and shows, she has priviledged so much her b-side covers, or just unreleased covers, over songs from UM. But if the show is supposed to be about her, her music as a singer-songwriter, then maybe there won't be any place left for covers? ♪ Toki ga bousou suru - I can't believe this has only been played like once. If she's going the same way that she went for her solo performance at RSR, this would fit well. |

Hatsukoi Shoujou.
Would want to see how she translates that live. I think old-skool Tadashii Machi would be nice too.

I agree to both. Tadashii Machi would be even more fitting, I think, since it was the song she had wanted as her first single... |
