Oh, true, that would make more sense.

Maybe all the people featured at the begining of the song pronounce badly as a funny fact ... (Jokin', I'm studying Italian as well, and the guy pronounces perfectly, although Italian has no pronounciation difficulties *_*...)

I don't think anyone's ever brought this up... even though I'm always meaning to.

You know the beginning of "Yattsuke Shigoto" here on this album, after the speaking bits in various languages, where there's a false tinny-sounding beginning, kind of like it's playing through radio speakers, and then a drilling sound? (And then the real song starts in full audio.)

Does anyone else think it sounds like it's trying to imitate a dentist's office? That's always the impression I get.

I always got the impression of a housewife searching for a radio station and then starting to vacuum once she found it, but your idea works, too.

While Frex's theory is pretty cool, I thought more like Cosmo. I always thought SR was just stuck at home and bored while pregnant.

Hm, I'm not sure what it's supposed to sound like. But I do know that they did use a vacuum for that part.

It always sounded to me like an old computer starting up, but I'm not sure I ever listened close enough to figure out what it really was.

PS - welcome back, freackled!
