Translating interviews is no easy task (I tried to translate the interview for OSCA part 2). So cheers to those took up the time to translate the interviews.

Darn. I really need to start learning japanese again during my summer vacation. The only thing is that Ringo probably uses really really polite and intelligent sounding japanese, that would be hard to translate. She seems so smart to me.

Yup. She definitely does. Translating Ringo is not for those with anything less than advanced skills... you'll just have to correct yourself later.

Someone should send frecklegirl a Ringo Box. It includes a complete set of RAT (up to a certain point) - including one special issue of RAT which is unique to the Ringo Box!
There have also been a few more RATs ever since the Ringo Box was released. The official website only showcases half of all the RAT issues that have ever been made.

I will leave this excerpt of a Ringo interview in the hope that someday someone coult translate it properly. I think it's important because she explains why she choose to write english lyrics sometimes. Something more about sound, rhythm, the technical construction of the song, it seems, but I'm not sure.

Okay, I'm not necessarily asking for a translation of this interview because it's probably already been translated before... But does anyone have any information on this?
