She kinda sounds like hitmoi in Oishii Kisetsu. The beat kind of reminds me of her too. I don't think I'm a fan of the song, it lacks the appeal I cave :/

I'm not a fan either, but it's interesting because it sounds like Ringo was trying to produce a MM/SS-era song, and Chiaki even tries to sing it like Ringo would.

I actually love this song - very akin to old pop songs of hers like "Cappucino". The song structure is repetitive, but the verse/bridge melody/harmony are a nice masculine contrast to the girlishness of the chorus. I like the arrangement too, the harpsichord is old skool ringo and was a nice touch.
EDIT: Now that Scribble has pointed it out, the ending especially sounds SS-ish, which is by no means a bad thing in my book.

I like it, and it definitely is something like MM/SS ringo was. I am happy Chiaki doesn't have too similar voice with Ringo as this would then sound only like a fake-shiina to me or so.
