well, it's like that best album thread
you have to say what artist and what song you would wanna hear in a tribute album... or make a whole tribute album tracklist, don't forget that the song would fits the artist's stile, so think carefully

The pillows - Gibbs (yes, it would be the happiest version of gibbs, but I'm thinking on all the hybrid rainbow emotion *.*)

its not Ringo technically but I think Amano doing Tegami would be fantastic. Also, Amano doing Gibbs would be orgasmic

the true is that to me, Kojimayu could substitute very well SR in any song
and SR could substitute Kojimayu very well in any song too
I have eargasms to imagine any of them covering any of their songs @______@

Seeing as that Cocco was my favorite J-rock artist for years and years before discovering Shiina, I think it would be *awesome* to see her cover some SR stuff. I can see her doing "Identity" and "Gamble", and heck, maybe something like "Genjitsu o Warau" too.
