Je taime Micky: The Official I miss Hirama thread.
I miss long silky hair.
I miss Kao. I miss Kokoro. I miss that groovy guitar playing. I miss the Phase 1 energy and exuberance. I miss Hirama Mikio. ;_; @ Tsuchiya: I've checked out Youtube videos of your Guitar God Masami Tsuchiya and I seriously think that the music I hear is much closer to Hirama's than to Ukigumo's!
So whyyy do you fail to see the merits that Hirama brought to the band? He's certainly not a one note guitarist!

This belongs in related artists because...
1) He is no longer in Tokyo Jihen and is not coming back ever so no point in whining about what you can't change. 2) No one cares about him except a very small minority of fans - and even then if you miss him, are you saying you miss him in Tokyo Jihen because his very frequent solo releases are not good enough? 3) His music sucks, and every time you listen to it, God kills a small child. |

Every time the "very small minority" is brought up, this is who I really imagine is speaking:
"No no no, Everyone is in love with Mssr. Ukigumo. The banished infidel Hirama is loathed by all. Only a spoonful of dissidents are still loyal to him. " Back to point tho:

Ringo loved his music and style and Pantene ProV hair long before any of us.
Look at how much presence she gave Ukigumo on the new album. Its like an ex girlfriend who dressed conservatively when she was with you, but after you dumped her, she found a new guy and now flaunts her assets in a "Look what you missed out on, bub. now its all for this new guy" kind of way. |

Funny how you have him as one of your favorite artists on MySpace, begged him to rejoin TJ on his MySpace, and once said he'd be your favorite artist, above Ringo, if he could sing better. Not too bad for somebody whose music sucks, huh?

Plus, here we're talking about his work with Tokyo Jihen and not his solo stuff, so this thread is not going anywhere. Tokyo Jihen lost both kidneys at the same time when Hirama and HZM did a double whammy and left at the same time. In replacement, they got a dialysis machine. A high tech one, but its still a machine. It works fine, but doesn't beat a real kidney. Variety exemplifies the fact that the Jihens just got brain cancer. Hirama!
