Thanks for these! Of the clips, highlights were (unexpectedly) Kodoku no Akatsuki and Usurahi Shinjuu. Her vocals on Kodoku are gorgeous and I'm glad she went with the single arrangement.

Speaking of, her vocals are pretty solid overall, granted I've only seen a few clips. After seeing the clips they aired on TV a few weeks back I was concerned, but it's almost as if they specifically pieced together the rough patches for that airing, haha.

Looking forward to seeing more from this show!

The full performance is now up on you-know-where, FYI.

Decent show, interesting arrangements. Zero crowd interaction, looked like she was doing a job. Better and more insightful opinion to come.

It's not unexpected for me
IMO this is one of the best songs she put out in the last years, so I always wait anxiously for the moment she performs it
it's like an oasis in the middle of the desert

Also, Dg's grumpiness over SR since the forums came back is so amusing!
XDDD
it never fails to make me laugh

It felt like the timing was a bit off, which I chalked up to it being edited for TV. Maybe they edited out some parts where she interacted more with the audience?

mvp is still jinsei wa yume darake for me.

kodoku no akatsuki is probably one of my least favourite songs of hers ever but i quite liked her performance in this one.... gips was nice too but i have to say it was hard to take her seriously with that ridiculous helmet on her....

everything else was just ok... i dont agree with dg much but she did come across as a little dispassionate in this one for me. like she was doing everything on muscle memory..

that said, loved basically all of the arrangements here. 10/10 would pay for an album with studio quality versions of all of these songs and their arrangements from the show esp that expo version yokushitsu

Wow

Thats gotta be the least amount of talk I've ever seen for a Shiina Ringo live.

Not just here, but in general. Zero buzz whatsoever.

RIP Shiina Ringo (and not from just a disgruntled EMF'er point of view).

If she wants to retain (or regain) her fan base, she needs to release a fresh new album, and not whatever Reimport 2 was. I'm not surprised that no one cared much about a live based on an album that didn't sell very well and contained a number of songs everyone's already heard.

That being said, I found it quite enjoyable and have already watched it through several times.

Meh. What's the chance of her following up EXPO 18 with a studio album, e.g. EXPO 08 -> Sanmon Gossip? Not holding out any hope for a new album before then...
