YUKI - Prismic Her best album, and it isn't crappy J-pop, I swear. I tried looking for videos of my favorite songs on Youtube, but they don't exist, so go find it and give it a listen or two. |

I downloaded Prismic because Andy Sturmer contributed to that album. And the music is really choice.

he has worked with YUKI on other albums as well. He wrote Arigatou, a bside on sentimental journey single, and Air Wave, which was on her forth album, WAVE.
I love Prismic, but I like what YUKI has been putting out as well. The singles from WAVE where all very strong but the album tracks were a bit meh, but her last few singles have been good, kisha ni notte was amazing and her recent single is a lot of fun. |

Sophie Ellis-Bextor - Read my lips Miss Ellis-Bextor is quite well-known in Europe thanks to her second single "Murder on the dancefloor", which is also included in this album... even if it absolutely isn't comparable to (most of) the other tracks on it. I can't rly explain, why i love this album so much, but listening to it gives me this kind of comfortably cold, dandyish feeling, i don't know how to describe. The only song, sung by another artist that is somewhat comparable to what Sophie offers on "read my lips" is Lilly Allen's "The fear". Her voice, especially her strong british accent , is a little extraordinary and i most of my friends can't really appreciate it... I do. example:
