Shena Ringo x Hirai Ken!
I haven't seen a thread about that yet, so I started it myself. Shiina Ringo made a "guest performance" in Ken Hirai's gig @ the J-WAVE LIVE 2000+7 event in Yokohama. Ken played solo "POP STAR", "Hitomi wo Tojite", "Kimi no Suki na Toko" and "Elegy", but surprisingly, Shiina appeared in the scenario! Ringo & Hirai played "Sha la la", a cover of the band Southern All Stars, and "Killer Tune", with Izawa and Ukigumo. The show it's supposed to be broadcasted the next October. |

The Jihens were secret guests. It was two days ago, and I wrote about it then
But I didn't know it's gonna be broadcast, so gotta look forward to that. I love Ringo duets. |

Does it say anywhere that Ken took part in Killa Tune? I just assume that Ken's backing band helped out on drums, bass?

I did read (in that Spanish blog) that Ken sang w/ Shiina in "Killer Tune", but I guess that was his backing band who helped out on drums & bass only.
edit Okay, I'm talking with the webmaster of the blog and he says that Ken did sing with Shiina in "Killer Tune". Amazing. *~* http://www.j-wave.co.jp/special/live...list/0818.html Last edited by Orenji : 2007.08.20 at 04:05 AM. |

Because as earlier screenshots have indicated (with the timing and proximity of certain facial expressions), Kameda would either explode in his pants, or there'd be too much tension.

Ringo tricked Kameda and kept him in the studio mixing the 3rd album that day so she could have Ken to herself.
