someone is uploading piano renditions of SR/TJ song to youtube. Some of these are pretty interesting... I wish he would do more solo Ringo songs-

I'd personally like to hear more vocal covers. Those are always really interesting.
But I'm really diggin' the piano covers a_grumble_cake just posted. Especially the Gunjyou one. Prettttyyy.

Scribble R's post in the Sanmon Gossip thread prompted me to search for Toki ga bousou suru on YouTube. I didn't know it was the romanized title of 時が暴走する, which I've first heard here (SR's RSR'99 performance).
The romaji title lead me this cover (see below). Though the singer sounded slightly off pitch in places, her voice is distinctive and she is much better than the majority of the vocals covers of SR/TJ songs that I've seen on YouTube.
Edit: the same person has also recorded really good covers of Rakujitsu Last edited by D.K.Liu : 2009.06.18 at 06:38 AM. |

"Toki ga Bousou Suru" seems like it'd still be all sorts of chill inducing dramatic whoever it's played by. Those two covers are definitely some of the better ones I've seen. ^^
This one girl does the chorus of Blackout pretty well. I feel extremely embarassed for her while watching the first bits, but her piano playing and singing are quite nice. Starting at 1:06:

Poor girl, she must have done this 4 or 5 years ago She could easily replace Izawa, btw. |
