the concept and video is based on a women's right to sexual fantasy, ringo wanted to take something that was essentially only given to men and reclaim it for women. it kind of screwed her over because it caused people to label her as cosplay and as a sexual fetishist, but the point of dressing up as a nurse and living out this kind of sexual fantasy was not for fan service for the guys, it was strictly for herself, reclaiming a women's right to dress up and please herself. in that way the entire video and concept is itself one entire mastabatory fantasy.

Ahh.. well, I'm aware of the video being an advocate of feminist sexual liberation, but she could just as well have those fantasies while having sex with someone else (maybe she's imagining her man is a female. )... Shun is the first video showing her masturbating.

The clip that was shown wasn't as bad as I make it sound. It just shows herself caressing her side with her hands, so it's suggestive of masturbation.
