Default Shiina's involvement with Kabuki

http://www.kabuki-bito.jp/special/kankyaku/08/

I am curious if anybody here can translate this a little, as my Japanese is very poor. How involved is she? How much music has she written? Are these going to be long running plays? I had read, probably here, that the incidental music she was doing would not be released. Is this still the case? I am very unclear about the nature of her involvement.

They're not exactly the same, EmilScherbe. The other two are about the specific event of the Kanzaburo kabuki, while this one is a recent interview on general discussion of kabuki.

I actually found this interview a few days ago on a Chinese board and shared it with some other community members. The only thing is none of us can get much info from it since we don't read Japanese.

1.A Threat called Beauty
Shiina and interviewer watched a kabuki play "Sagi Musume"(Egret Girl).
"Anytime I watched Sagi Musume, I felt fear as being under threat."

2.Moments is very art
Direction of Yukiguni in JCHI was inspired by Sagi Musume.
An umbrella she used was actually heavy.
But Kabuki actors handles it as light.
You must not to notice reality to audience.

3.White egret and Swan
Comparing kabuki "Sagi Musume" and ballet "The Dying Swan"
Shiina watched The Dying Swan, Ludmila Semenyaka playing prima ballerina
when she was in middle school.
Ballet express sorrow and beauty while kabuki express heart.

4.Nursing men who is running at full speed in Edo
Talks about Sannin Kichisa.
While she loves story, also felt uneasy of lacking mother or women.
So she put mother, a lullaby (at the last scene all three Kichisa dying in snow).

5.Excited in immorality
The story of "Sakurahime Azuma no Bunshou",
a princess turns a prostitute is erotic.
